With a motivation to solve Enterprise-class Information Management Business needs, I have learned the science and art of Enterprise Information Architecture and Solution Implementation through schooling and “real world” implementation experience. I have architected and implemented both small and large-scale Business Systems, Information Asset Management Systems, Document Management Solutions, Corporate Intranets, Extranets and Internet facing sites. With 15+ years experience architecting and designing taxonomies, site and navigation structures, controlled vocabularies and content management systems; I have a thorough understanding of how to deliver information within the scope and context of business users needs.
Microsoft SharePoint MVP

I have been working with Microsoft SharePoint since 2002 and have been involved in the planning, installation, configuration, implementation and integration of solutions.
In January 2006 I was honored with my first SharePoint MVP award from Microsoft. This prestigious award is given to but a few individuals throughout the world and recognizes a broad range of skills and willingness to share with the community. In January 2010, I was honored with my 5th Microsoft SharePoint MVP award; this was primarily in recognition of my efforts in the latest release beta program, authoring, training and delivering conference sessions.
Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow
I have been responsible for countless Business Process Management (BPM) projects throughout my career. I have extensive knowledge with BPM requirements, metrics, business/process agility and automation with workflow products.

In 2007, I was honored with my first K2 Insider award. This award is given to but a few who have extensive knowledge with BPM and Workflow. I was awarded as a K2 Insider as a result on my knowledge of the K2 products and extensive community involvement.
GSRNC
I am a volunteer with the German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California.
We are dedicated to the rescue and welfare of German Shepherd Dogs. Our volunteers help foster and adopt dogs to willing homes. Please help us in our efforts, for their sake.

I have been flying radio controlled airplanes since I was 5 years old. Today I fly on a regular basis and attend International Aerobatics Competitions.
I am a member of the SCCMAS Tomcats and fly in Morgan Hill regularly.
