When I’m not delivering enterprise-class SharePoint solutions; I am a family man, father, grandfather and friend. My most memorable times in life are spending time with my family. I relax by working on Robotics and Electronics projects, Gardening and Cooking and Flying RC Airplanes and Helicopters.
With a motivation to solve Enterprise-class Information Management Business needs, I have learned the science and art of Enterprise Solution Architecture and Implementation through schooling and “real world” implementation experience. I have architected and implemented both small and large-scale Business Systems, Information Asset Management Systems, Document Management Solutions, Corporate Intranets, Extranets and Internet facing sites. I have a total of 30 years in the IT industry as a solution and systems architect, .NET development and working with most all Microsoft server and desktop technologies.
With 17+ years’ exclusively working with Microsoft SharePoint, I have experience architecting and designing taxonomies, site and navigation structures, controlled vocabularies and content management systems; I have a thorough understanding of how to deliver information within the scope and context of business user’s needs.
Architecting information and subsequent technology solutions that deliver value has been a passion for my entire career.
Since 2001, I have focused on and specialized in SharePoint Intranets, Document Management, Records Management and Knowledge Management solutions. I have led design, implementation and adoption of more than 150 SharePoint Intranets.
